The Need

Talent is everywhere.
Opportunity is not.

In Vietnam's cities, toddlers grow up surrounded by English — bilingual kindergartens, private centres and tutors. In rural villages, most families can't access or afford any of that. By the time these children meet English in primary school, the easiest years to absorb a new language have already passed.

We believe a child's postcode should not decide their future. English opens doors to higher education, better jobs and a wider world — and it is most naturally learned before age six.

60%+

of Vietnam's population lives in rural areas, where early English education is scarce.

The “golden window” when children imitate new sounds as naturally as their mother tongue.

Why Start at 2–5

Small learners. Big advantage.

Our approach is built around how young children actually acquire language — through sound, play and repetition.

The golden window

Between 0 and 6, children mimic foreign sounds as naturally as their mother tongue. We help rural children use this gift instead of missing it.

Native pronunciation from day one

Children are immersed in authentic, native-speaker audio from high-quality children's channels — something few rural teachers could provide alone.

Learning through play

Songs, stories and games make every lesson joyful and pressure-free — building a confident foundation that lasts into primary school and beyond.

How It Works

From a YouTube playlist to a village classroom

A simple, low-cost model that combines world-class free content with local teachers and engaged parents.

  1. 1

    Curate

Our education team selects the best free children's videos and playlists on YouTube, sorted by age, topic and difficulty.

  2. 2

    Structure

In the Admin Dashboard, videos become courses and lessons — with learning goals, key vocabulary and classroom activities.

  3. 3

    Teach

Local teachers play each lesson on a classroom TV or projector, leading songs, repetition and games with the children.

  4. 4

    Review at home

Parents and children revisit the same lesson on our mobile app or website — turning family time into learning time.

The Platform

One connected platform, three experiences

Technology that does the heavy lifting — so a single teacher with a TV can deliver a structured English curriculum.

Why Our Model Works

Maximum impact for every đồng invested

We don't reinvent content or hardware. We connect what already exists — and put every contribution where it matters most.

01

Zero content cost

World-class children's English content already exists for free on YouTube. We curate and structure it rather than produce it.

02

Hardware that's already there

A single TV or projector serves a whole class. No expensive per-child tablets or devices required.

03

Community-led

Local teachers and volunteers lead classes, building skills and ownership within each village.

04

Built to scale

Once a course is built, it can be delivered in any number of classrooms — new villages join at minimal extra cost.

Respecting creators. Videos are played through the official YouTube embedded player, so creators keep their views and attribution while their work reaches children who need it most.
